To assist registered nurses/practitioners in delivering care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other healthcare professionals, patients, their families, and carers.
Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the direction of a registered nurse during the shift.

You must be able to travel between patients' homes in both towns and rural areas in a timely manner. Welsh speaking skills are desirable.
