Making Space Charity is seeking a Community Navigator to support adults in Cambridgeshire by connecting them with local services and providing information, guidance and signposting. The role is predominantly home-based with local travel, offering 37 hours per week and an hourly pay of £14.94.

Flexibility and a commitment to our values are essential as you help improve mental health and independent living. You will conduct 1:1 guidance via face-to-face, telephone, virtual, and email/text

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
• Experience assessing needs and producing plans to meet outcomes is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Link people to local services, provide information, guidance and signposting to reduce isolation and support independent living.
• Provide one-to-one guidance using face-to-face, telephone, virtual appointments and email/text.

Educación

NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care

Willingness to work towards NVQ 2+
