We are currently seeking a permanent part-time (0.90 FTE) Community Mental Health Worker 1 to join our team at Rocky Mountain Lodge in Cranbrook, B.C.
Interior Health and our partner agencies provide a range of mental health and substance use services for all ages. We strive to ensure that our services are welcoming of all peoples, gender identities, cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

What will you work on?
The Community Mental Health Worker 1 functions as part of an integrated multidisciplinary Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Team and performs various support duties involving clients living in their own housing.
This position provides services within a psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction framework for clients with severe mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders, supporting them in developing and maintaining skills for successful independent living. The worker engages clients in community settings as active participants in their service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
Scheduling Information:
Shifts are day shifts from 08:30 to 17:00 hours.
