A exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 6 Nurse , OT or social worker to work within the Community Mental Health Team under the Primary Care Network teams Wellingborough ad district CMHT
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective care.

The postholders role is an integral part of the MDT where the postholder can make a significant positive contribution to a service users recovery journey.
The postholder is required to provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team and act up for the Operations Manager in their absence as appropriate.
