Job summary
We are seeking a full-time registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist to join our established team based at Petersfield's Community Hospital. This recruitment is due to the expansion of the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).

The Bordon and Petersfield CMHT operates primarily from Petersfield Hospital, serving the Bordon and Havant areas. Our team is known for being approachable, supportive, and maintaining a culture of honesty and integrity, where issues are addressed promptly.
Our goal is to ensure a 'No Wrong Door' approach for our patients and service users. Many team members find their work rewarding and energizing, working alongside partners to deliver the right care in the right place.
The team focuses on providing recovery-oriented services for clients with severe and enduring mental health issues. We support staff in developing their clinical skills through postgraduate training, including physical health and nurse prescribing.
Due to the rural location, a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential. The role is based primarily in Havant, with travel to Petersfield and Bordon expected.
