Job summary

You will deliver CBT-based therapy, work within a multidisciplinary team, and uphold safeguarding, professional boundaries and compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical management of a care package for service users.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of person-centred healthcare using complex clinical decisions.
• Deliver individual and group CBT-based therapy.
• Work within the MDT to assess and plan care and respond to health changes.
• Respect individual beliefs, values, culture and spirituality, supporting needs.
• Provide therapeutic activities, emotional support and maintain professional boundaries.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and other professionals to aid recovery.
• Ensure prescribed physical observations (BP, temp, pulse, respirations, glucose, urinalysis, weight, height) and act on exceptions.
