Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to junior staff when necessary.
• Act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, liaising with other professionals as needed.
• Manage a defined caseload and consider the role of carers and families in a patient’s recovery.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care within agreed parameters, following local and national policies.
• Promote equality, diversity and rights in line with good practice and legislation.
• Contribute to training needs for delivering evidence-based care.
