The team works 9-5 and is a 7-day service, with weekends rotated fairly. Every day a different team member is allocated to be the duty/gatekeeper worker.

The post-holder will ensure the highest standard of nursing care is provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.

The practitioner will provide interventions to service users within the CMHT and will work with the multidisciplinary team to offer a team approach to supporting service users in the community or for those on the discharge pathway from inpatient settings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Contributing to case formulation and treatment plans.
  2. Contributing to service development in collaboration with the wider team.
  3. Participating in the education programmes of nursing students and other disciplines.

We are proud to provide high-quality mental health and learning disability services, both inpatient and in the community across five boroughs of Greater Manchester - Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, and Tameside and Glossop.

All individuals regardless of race, age, disability, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marriage, and civil partnership are encouraged to apply for this post.
