The NHS is seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our Community Mental Health Service in Luton. This role involves delivering compassionate care, engaging with service users, and ensuring adherence to NHS values. An excellent opportunity has become available to be part of our Community Mental Health Service in Luton. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified professional to expand in their skills, expertise, multi-agency liaisons and autonomous practice. Luton CMH Hubs have transformed and created a multi-disciplinary and multi professional triage service which caters for support requests coming from our partner agencies.
We would welcome a forward thinking individual to add to the dynamics of this front door service and the overall functioning of the CMH Hubs. We are looking for resilient and proactive team players who are skilled and motivated mental health professionals, to join us in meeting the needs of those we serve in the vibrant and diverse locality of Luton.
The post holder will be responsible for:
