Supported by £25m in funding, the transformation includes rolling out multidisciplinary teams within Primary Care Networks over three years, providing holistic, wraparound care to service users and the wider community. Our goal is to support individuals living with or recovering from mental illness, addressing challenges like debt, relationships, housing, education, or training, and removing barriers to accessing help.
We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, fostering leadership development, staff wellbeing, safe speaking environments, and mentoring opportunities.
Our employees contribute to excellent CQC ratings, outcomes, and patient experiences. We aim to create a supportive and healthy working environment where you can thrive.
