Job summary

Riverstone Bishops Avenue is seeking a Community Manager to lead a high-quality, inclusive events programme for residents, working with the General Manager and teams across the business. You will design experiences and ensure seamless delivery of activities onsite, five days a week, shaping a vibrant, supportive community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of events and activities for residents.
  • Curate a varied, inclusive events programme aligned with seasonal themes.
  • Develop and deliver clear communications across Riverstone platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with current and future residents to encourage participation.
  • Monitor budgets, evaluate feedback and continuously improve the programme.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver events smoothly.
  • Manage Kingfisher Wharf external event space – enquiries, bookings and show rounds.
  • Serve as a community ambassador and foster partnerships to support lead generation.

Be part of our opening team at our new Riverstone residence at Bishops Avenue, near to Hampstead Heath. £50,000 a year starting salary, plus performance-related bonus.

Community is at the heart of everything we do at Riverstone. We are looking for a Community Manager to lead the creation and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive programme of events and engagement within our Riverstone Bishops Avenue residence.

You will bring your experience in events, hospitality and community engagement to design and deliver an outstanding resident experience, working closely with the General Manager, Residence Team, Sales, Marketing and Client Relationship Teams to strengthen our community and enhance day-to-day life at Riverstone.

The successful candidate will be based onsite at our Riverstone Bishops Avenue residence five days a week. Your visibility and presence are essential to the community we are collectively shaping under your leadership.

Key Responsibilities of the Community Manager role
  • Leading the planning and delivery of events and activities - from resident-led social gatherings to sales and community outreach events.
  • Curate a varied and inclusive events programme that enhances the resident experience and community connection, aligning with seasonal themes and wider community goals.
  • Developing and delivering clear, timely communications-including seasonalupdates, event promotion, and essential resident information, across Riverstone platforms (digital and analogue)
  • Buildingstrongrelationships withcurrent and future residents to encourageparticipation and create a connected, welcoming community.
  • Working with thewider team to monitor budgets, evaluate feedback, andcontinuously improve the programme.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of community events.
  • Manager our external event space called Kingfisher Wharf. Including enquires, bookings and show rounds.
  • Function as a community ambassador, including engagement and partnerships with the wider community in support of lead generation.

A rewarding role
  • £50,000 a year starting salary, plus performance-related bonus
  • Working hours are typically8 hours per day, 40hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required around event timings.
  • Annual Leave entitlement of 25 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing with your length of service.
