Job summary

urbanbubble is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our buildings and shared spaces in top condition. You will provide first-line support for maintenance requests, perform repairs, and help ensure our homes remain welcoming and safe for residents.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Multi Skills Certificate (desirable).
• Electrical competency certificate (within last 3 years).
• Experience in a building technician or maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Carry out minor repairs, decorating and reactive works in homes and communal areas.
• Perform lighting checks and bulb replacements.
• Assist with fire alarm testing and PAT records for compliance.
