The post holder will provide essential skills for maintenance work at premises within the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre, Lancaster, and Morecambe areas, including organizations with contractual arrangements with Atlas.
This role involves working effectively and responsively to user needs with minimal supervision, supporting multi-skilled maintenance crafts persons and contractors in repairing, installing, and servicing hospital plant, equipment, site facilities, and building fabric.
The post holder will undergo progressive training to increase competence and perform higher-level craft and multi-craft work, including non-routine and routine tasks.
