Your core responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with hotel maintenance operations to ensure safety and comfort for guests and staff.
2. Following brand standards and local regulations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting business needs.
3. Conducting regular walkarounds to proactively identify and address potential issues.
4. Performing reactive maintenance, such as urgent repairs in guest bedrooms and services, adhering to safety procedures and minimizing guest disruption.
5. Using, operating, and storing tools, equipment, and materials safely and securely, complying with statutory regulations like COSHH.
6. Maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, health, and safety, and minimizing wastage.

What you should bring:

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Trade qualification preferred but not essential.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. High energy and a proactive attitude.
5. Desire to learn and develop professionally.
