Job summary

We Are With You is recruiting a part-time Community Link Worker to work across GP practices in Renfrewshire. The role involves 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, with travel between locations and a driving licence required.

You will deliver person-centred support, including 1:1 appointments and small group work, in a mix of in-person, home visits and remote contacts. As a leading charity, you will join a team dedicated to helping people facing housing, poverty, relationships and mental health

Qualifications

• Compassionate and motivated individual with dignity and respect.
• Experience with people facing complex social and emotional circumstances including mental health.
• Able to work within a structured service model and collect impact data.
• Strong 1:1 interpersonal skills and ability to use recognised therapeutic techniques.
• Aware of how poverty and health inequalities affect health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 appointments and small group work to support clients.
• Engage with GP practices, Social Work, Mental Health Services and Money Advice services.
• Network locally and nationally to connect people with the right support.
• Demonstrate independence while following organisational policies.
