Job summary

GLL is seeking a Library and Learning Development Manager for St Paul’s Cray Library in Bromley. You will lead the Community Support Centre team, plan services, and drive the Bromley learning offer to improve access and outcomes for local residents.

You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, stock and administration, and build partnerships with schools and community groups to broaden the library’s impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a library or community center team.
• Ability to plan, manage budgets and develop learning programmes.
• Strong customer service and safeguarding knowledge.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with schools and community groups.
• Good ICT and stock management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community Support Centre team and day-to-day operations.
