Subjects may include Digital Skills and ICT, Literacy and Communication, Employability Skills, Care Award, Personal Development and Mental Health.

Qualifications

• Significant recent experience within youth work, community learning and development, employability or related community-based services

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging learning experiences
• Support learners to develop confidence, resilience and independence
• Create safe, inclusive and trauma-informed learning environments
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to positive learner outcomes, including progression into further learning, volunteering and employment
• Work collaboratively with support staff, community partners and external agencies
