A leading women-only organization is seeking a Community Key Worker to provide essential support to female survivors of domestic abuse and women in the Criminal Justice System. In this role, you will assist women during and post-imprisonment, helping them towards a safe and independent life. Candidates should have experience in substance misuse and the ability to manage varied caseloads.

Our client is an award-winning and innovative women-only organisation established in 1998, providing emotional and practical support to female survivors of domestic abuse and supporting women with short-term sentences to reduce offending. In your role as a Community Key Worker, you will work with women involved in the Criminal Justice System, including those on Probation in the Community and women being released from prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision.
