Job summary

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to deliver specialist IV therapy care across Leeds, including home and clinic settings. You will manage a defined caseload, assess patients holistically and liaise with hospital teams to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, adaptability and strong organisational skills, with full training in IV therapies and ongoing supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Safe administration of intravenous medications
• Insertion and management of peripheral venous cannulas
• Monitor vascular access devices and observe therapeutic response
