Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver Person-Centred Employment Support for participants in Connect to Work programme.
• Manage a caseload and develop personalised action plans.
• Provide one-to-one support throughout the employment journey.
• Address barriers to employment and support job-search, CV, applications, and interviews.
• Identify local employment opportunities and support job matching and job development.
• Provide ongoing in-work support to sustain employment and progress career goals.
• Maintain accurate records and work toward performance targets.
