Amplius is seeking a Community Investment Officer to connect customers with services, partnerships and opportunities that improve wellbeing and build confidence across communities. You will help deliver Amplius' impact objectives in a hybrid role across the region, with travel to local communities and partner sites.

You will foster relationships with customers and partners, support community projects and maintain records to demonstrate social value, while ensuring safeguarding and inclusive

Qualificações

• Five GCSEs including English and Mathematics, or significant relevant equivalent experience, plus ongoing professional development.
• Experience supporting community projects and working directly with customers or communities.
• Experience working with external partners and understanding community inequalities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and referral processes, with experience maintaining accurate records.
• Strong communication, organisation and IT skills, with a customer-focused and inclusive approach.

The Vacancy

As a Community Investment Officer at Amplius, you'll support local projects and connect customers with services, partnerships and opportunities that improve wellbeing, build confidence, create positive change and support the delivery of the Amplius' purposeful impact objectives.

Salary:

£34,500 (plus car allowance of £2,750.28) per year

Contract:

Permanent, full time

Your week

36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm

Location

Hybrid, with weekly presence in either one of our Boston, Peterborough, Rushden or Milton Keynes offices.

This role involves regular travel throughout our communities. We are looking for colleagues to join us in each of our Regional Operational Areas -

• North - Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, South Holland, East Lindsey, Northeast and North Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire, North and South Kesteven, Derby and Nottinghamshire.
• South - Milton Keynes, Central Bedfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
• Central - Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire, Walsall and Birmingham
