NHS Scotland is seeking a fixed term Band 6 Integrated Midwife to join Cowal Community Hospital for maternity leave cover until March 2027. You will provide direct antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care to women and their families within the Cowal locality.

The post involves supporting women in their choice of birthplace within a community midwifery model and practicing autonomously with support from Greater Glasgow and Clyde consultants.

Formación

• Fixed term Band 6 Integrated Midwife post.
• Provides antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care in the community.
• Autonomous practice with support from GG&C consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care for women and families.
• Support women in choosing birthplace options within a community model.
• Work with the Cowal locality and be available for out‑of‑hours on‑call.
