Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of community strengths, assets, networks and opportunities across West Northamptonshire.
• Collaborate with residents, community groups and partner organisations to create innovative solutions for stronger, more inclusive communities.
• Support individuals of all ages and backgrounds, especially those who are vulnerable or isolated, to access services and participate in local action.
