Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,500 per annum pro rata, plus £1,000 annual car allowance
Vacancy Location: Wales - Based from one of Perthyn's offices in Talgarth, Swansea, Pembroke Dock, Llanelli or Cardiff, with regular travel across Wales.

As Community Initiatives Coordinator, you will help bring these values to life by creating and leading innovative community initiatives, employment pathways and volunteering opportunities that increase inclusion, community presence and meaningful participation for people we support across Wales.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion, confident building partnerships, and motivated by creating opportunities that help people achieve their goals. You will be comfortable working independently, developing new ideas and turning them into successful community initiatives.

As Community Initiatives Coordinator, you will play a central role in developing opportunities that enable people we support to become more involved in their communities, develop new skills, pursue employment and volunteering opportunities, and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.
You will work collaboratively with Regional Managers, Supported Living Managers, community organisations, businesses and other stakeholders to identify and create meaningful opportunities for participation, inclusion and personal development.
This role requires a proactive, creative and innovative individual who can turn ideas into practical projects that deliver positive outcomes for people we support.
