Perthyn are a large not-for-profit charity providing support to people with learning disabilities. We deliver person-centred services to help individuals live independently at home and in the community.

Experience is not essential; all new starters receive excellent guidance, including induction, shadow shifts, monthly supervisions and high-quality training to build a successful career as a Perthyn employee.
