Job summary

Northampton Town FC Community Trust is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to generate income and support community projects. You will build relationships with schools, clients, partners and local businesses to grow opportunities and meet targets.

You will lead sales of our schools programmes, manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, and craft solutions that fit client needs, using the club’s assets to maximise impact.

Responsibilities

• Generate income and support community projects by building and nurturing relationships with schools, clients, partners and key stakeholders including businesses.
• Lead on the sales of our schools programmes and packages, delivering a continuous pipeline of opportunities from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and close new opportunities with businesses and schools to meet growth targets, leveraging the football club and charity assets.
