Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club’s Trent Bridge Community Trust seeks a Fundraising & Income Generation Manager to lead a three-year fundraising strategy, aiming to secure over £545,000 to support an £800,000 long-term income vision for community programmes across the county.

Reporting to the Head of Trent Bridge Community Trust, you will build diverse income streams, manage grants, donations, events and partnerships, monitor KPIs, and drive social impact through sport and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven fundraising & income generation experience.
• Experience securing funding from grants, corporate partnerships, events and individual giving.
• Proven bid writing, donor stewardship and reporting skills.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and translate impact into compelling funding cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the fundraising strategy and income plan.
• Develop a rolling 12-24 month fundraising pipeline and set income targets.
• Establish KPI dashboards and reporting for performance tracking.
• Identify new income opportunities aligned to Trust priorities.
• Manage corporate partnerships, grants, donations, events and campaigns.
