Job summary

Clarion Housing Group (Latimer) is seeking a Communities & Social Impact Manager to lead social value initiatives across development projects in the North region. You will design, deliver and evaluate community and employment projects, working with Latimer partners and supply chains, and ensuring Section 106 commitments are met.

The role is hybrid with a Manchester base; 2–3 days in the office and travel as required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or built environment sector is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and evaluation of social value initiatives across development projects.
• Measure impact using HACT & TOMs and support internal Latimer teams on social value queries.
• Engage with local stakeholders, communities, authorities, schools and partners to drive meaningful social impact.
• Travel across the North region as required and manage complex stakeholder relationships within communities.
