Job summary

Live Here Love Here is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to plan, deliver and evaluate engagement activities in Belfast and surrounding areas. You will lead workshops, manage budgets, and coordinate data and stakeholder relationships to support environmental action.

The role combines office-based and field work with flexible hours and two days per week in the Belfast office. Working in a funded programme, you will supervise a small team and collaborate with internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Essential Educated to Degree level or three years' relevant experience
• 2 years' project management/coordination experience
• 1 years' staff supervision experience
• Developed ICT skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
• Experience of data collection, analysis and reporting
• Experience in developing good working relationships with a wide range of organisations and individuals.
• Full current driving licence and access to a suitable means of transport to enable you to carry out the duties and responsibilities
• Desirable Grants administrative experience
• Experience of Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, CMS and project management software
• Experience of working in the voluntary sector

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the smooth delivery of community engagement activity from conception to delivery and evaluation.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and manage resources and data across multiple programmes.
• Design, develop and deliver a programme of educational and engaging workshops and events focused on community engagement and environmental action.
• Manage project delivery, logistics and resources within scope and budget, from creation, planning and delivery to reporting.
• Coordinate administrative functions such as updating project workbooks and databases, creation of newsletters, social media & myEARTH content, and liaising with the Communications team.
