Live Here Love Here is seeking a proactive Community Engagement Coordinator in Belfast to plan, coordinate and deliver environmental community activity across Northern Ireland. You will work with internal teams and partners to run workshops, events and volunteering programmes, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

You will line manage the Community Engagement Officer and support Field Officers, with hybrid working (minimum 2 days in Belfast) and a 4-day week offering 30 hours per

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level or have at least three years of relevant experience.
• At least two years’ project management or coordination experience.
• At least one year’s staff supervision experience.
• Proficient ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Experience building relationships with diverse organisations and individuals.
• Full current driving licence and access to suitable transport.
• Grants administration experience.
• Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, CMS, and project management software.
• Experience working in the voluntary sector.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and deliver engaging workshops and events.
• Coordinate projects from planning through to delivery, reporting and evaluation.
• Manage programme logistics, resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for annual programmes.
• Represent Live Here Love Here at events, conferences and external meetings.
• Coordinate Field Officers supporting delivery of activities and provide line management to the Community Engagement Officer.
• Work with colleagues across Live Here Love Here to support effective programme delivery.
