Job description

Are you passionate about supporting people to overcome challenges and make positive changes in their lives? Join us as a Community Impact Coach and play a key role in providing intensive, personalised support to customers with complex needs who are at risk of tenancy breakdown.

You'll manage a caseload of around 15-20 customers, building trusted relationships and acting as a consistent point of contact throughout their support journey. Taking the time to understand each customer's circumstances, you'll provide practical and emotional support, develop tailored action plans and help them access the services and opportunities they need to move forward.

No two days are the same. You could be attending a multi-agency meeting, advocating for a customer, supporting someone at an appointment or working with colleagues and external agencies to coordinate the right support. You'll work with some of our most vulnerable customers, helping them overcome complex challenges and access the right support to stabilise their circumstances and sustain their tenancies.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping how we deliver support in the future. A full induction and training programme will be provided, and we're looking for someone who is adaptable, curious and genuinely committed to helping customers achieve positive outcomes.

We're looking to appoint two Community Impact Coaches, ideally with one based in Oxford and one based in Ealing. As the role involves supporting customers across our communities and attending appointments and meetings, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.

A Standard DBS check is required for this role.

  • Good organisational and IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate case information
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use, with the flexibility to occasionally work outside normal working hours
It would also be great if you have:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Information, Advice & Guidance or Coaching & Mentoring, or a willingness to work towards this
  • Experience in improving customer satisfaction by ensuring services meet or exceed expectations
