Job summary

The successful candidate will have IT and MS Office skills, strong communication, and a flexible approach to a varied workload, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working with families, children and babies an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of administrative duties to support the immunisation service
• Support in community clinics and school sessions across Norfolk & Waveney
• Office-based administrative support to planning and management of vaccination clinics
• Maintain confidentiality and manage competing demands
