Job summary

Grampian Housing Association is seeking a motivated Neighbourhood Officer to deliver housing management services, build strong tenant relationships, and investigate tenancy issues in Aberdeen City and Shire. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path to impact local communities.

You’ll bring empathy, strong communication, and resilience to managing estate matters and coordinating with partner agencies for tenant support.

Qualifications

• CIH Level 3 Housing Practice or willingness to work towards this requirement.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
• Experience in housing, community services or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality housing management service across a designated area.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, community groups and partner agencies.
• Manage tenancy matters including estate management and tenancy sustainment.
• Investigate antisocial behaviour, neighbour disputes and breaches of tenancy.
• Carry out home visits and neighbourhood inspections.
• Support tenants to access support services and promote customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
