Job summary

Homes Plus is seeking a Community Housing Manager to deliver a customer-focused housing management service across a regional patch, taking ownership of tenancy and neighbourhood issues. You will inspect communal areas, handle anti-social behaviour, and support tenants to sustain their tenancies while safeguarding vulnerable customers.

You will oversee service charge budgets, work with internal teams and external partners, and promote safe, well-maintained communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management across rented tenures and tenancy law awareness.
• Delivery of housing/tenancy or neighbourhood management in customer-focused org.
• Experience handling anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, safeguarding or sustainment.
• CIH Housing Certificate preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
