You will travel in a company van and work 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday, in a permanent, secure role with pension, sick pay, and a bonus scheme. DBS checks apply where relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Labourer, ideally in social housing or domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of general repair tasks across domestic properties both internally and externally.
• Support multiple trades including joinery, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing.
• Work to specifications and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with supervisors, schedulers, and wider teams to meet deadlines.
• Record work activity and complete required documentation.
• Support team performance and maintain customer service standards.
