Nhft is seeking a dietitian to provide evidence-based nutritional care for inpatients across Northampton-based community hospitals and trust sites. You will work with the MDT to support rehabilitation and safe discharge, with support from other dietitians in the community, acute hospitals and the home enteral feeding team.

Qualifications

• Registered dietitian with inpatient experience.
• Experience working in the UK healthcare system.
• Ability to work in inpatient and community settings.

Responsabilités

• Undertake comprehensive assessment of inpatients in hospital and community hospitals.
• Develop and implement individual management and discharge plans including enteral feeds where appropriate.
• Collaborate with MDT to deliver coordinated care and attend case conferences.
• Monitor progress, measure outcomes and contribute to service improvement and risk management.
• Provide training and support to staff and learners; lead on service improvements.
