Job summary

Avante Care & Support is seeking caring Home Care Professionals to join our team across our home care services and care homes in the UK. You will provide companionship, promote independence, and assist with essential tasks to improve wellbeing for our service users.

No prior care experience is required as we offer comprehensive training and diploma opportunities; driving is needed for some shifts, with shifts from early morning to evening and a generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Drivers are welcome; no prior care experience required as training is provided.
• Willingness to complete our training program and earn related diplomas.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to older adults and promote independence.
• Assist with medication management, household tasks and personal care.
• Support daily living activities and ensure safe, respectful visits.
