Avante Care & Support Ltd in Bexleyheath is seeking a Community Home Care Assistant for evenings and nights. You will visit service users to provide companionship, support independence, and assist with daily tasks including personal care and medication reminders.

No experience is needed—comprehensive training is provided. We offer flexible zero-hour or fixed hours contracts, Travel Time Pay, mileage allowance, a free DBS check, and generous holiday entitlement to support your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy for older adults.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts and last-minute changes.
• Willingness to learn how to support with basic care tasks.

Responsabilités

• Visit service users during evenings and nights to provide care and companionship.

• Maintain accurate notes and communicate any changes to supervisors.

Flexible Schedule:

We are looking for staff to work care visits between the hours of 7am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, with alternative weekends.
