Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the local Community Highways team to provide a community-based approach to delivering highway service and improve elected member and community satisfaction.
• Provide a first-line response to enquiries and be the go-to person for community enquiries related to highways.
• Interrogate digital records and GIS systems.
• Collate information to respond to requests.
• Support the production of reports and programmes of work.
