Job summary

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) invites applications for a Band 6 Home Enteral Feeding/Community Dietitian based at Leighton Hospital in Crewe. The post supports adults in the community with enteral nutrition, collaborating with MDT colleagues and providing training and education to patients and professionals.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered dietitian required.
• Competencies in enteral nutrition required.
• PENG course required or can be undertaken.
• Experience in community enteral nutrition desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist dietetic services to adults requiring enteral feeding.
• Provide home visits, virtual clinics and community clinics for this group.
• Develop and monitor nutrition care plans including complex cases.
• Promote enteral feeding knowledge and develop guidelines and education.
