Job summary

HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Community Dietitian to deliver specialist nutritional assessment and intervention for adults requiring nutritional support and home enteral feeding across Wiltshire. You will manage your own caseload, work with specialist dietitians and the MDT, and benefit from flexible working arrangements to support wellbeing.

The post is based at Wilton Health Centre, 22.5 hours per week, with NHS Pension and Agenda for Change terms.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Dietitian with valid registration.
• Experience in community settings and adult nutrition support preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nutritional assessment, intervention and monitoring for adults in the community.
• Manage own caseload related to home enteral feeding.
• Collaborate with specialist dietitians, dietetic assistants and multidisciplinary colleagues.
