Job summary

WMJobs in Herefordshire is recruiting a Talk Community Health & Wellbeing Trainer to support behaviour change across the county. The role involves group sessions and 1-2-1 coaching, with travel and some flexible working to meet client needs.

You will have experience in community health programmes, be comfortable delivering training and providing holistic health advice with strong communication skills. Salary is pro rata for 22.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in community health programmes and delivering motivational change.
• Ability to deliver training for health behaviours and group/individual sessions.
• Excellent communication skills for holistic health advice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group and 1-2-1 health and lifestyle support.
• Develop and facilitate training programmes on health behaviours.
• Provide brief interventions and ongoing support using behaviour change techniques.
