Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Talk Community Health & Wellbeing Trainer to join the Talk Community Healthy Lifestyle Team. The role focuses on delivering behaviour support for smoking cessation, weight management, alcohol reduction and physical activity, embedded in sustainable change.

You will travel across the county, deliver group sessions and 1-2-1 coaching, and develop training programmes. A flexible approach and the ability to work evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in community health programmes.
• Delivery of group and 1-2-1 support.
• Ability to deliver health behaviour training.
• Willingness to travel across the county.
