Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) in North Wales is looking for a District Nurse to join the Denbighshire locality. You will assist registered nurses to deliver community nursing care and support patients in their homes, working with families and carers.

You will carry out duties under the direction of a registered nurse, travel between patients’ homes across towns and rural areas, and contribute to the modernisation of the service.

Qualifications

Welsh language desirable; English or Welsh speakers welcome.
Willingness to travel between patients' homes in the Denbighshire area.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care to patients in their homes under supervision of a registered nurse.
Carry out duties as documented in the nursing care plan.
Travel between patients' homes across towns and rural areas to provide timely care.
