Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to clinical governance through clinical risk assessment and clinical audit.
• Plan and organise a range of complex clinical activities in community settings to deliver best practice.
• Promote self-care and independence using health coaching techniques.
• Maintain legible, accurate patient records in line with ECCH policies and NMC standards.
• Ensure compliance with ECCH risk management, Health and Safety policies, and procedures.
