Job summary

East Coast Community Healthcare CIC is seekingRegistered Community Nurses to provide care for adults in homes, clinics, or residential settings across the region. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, support patients to maintain health, and progress through a structured induction with preceptorship where needed.

Qualifications

Must be registered with NMC and qualified in Adult Nursing.
Experience in community or home-based care is preferred.
Ability to perform holistic patient assessments and deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

Conduct holistic assessments for patients in homes, clinics or residential settings.
Perform nursing interventions including catheterisation, wound care and medication administration.
Deliver patient-centred care with autonomy, under supervision, and participate in preceptorship if needed.
Contribute to care plans and patient education to support independence.
