Job summary

NHS Borders is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Community Treatment and Care team in the Borders. You must be a registered nurse with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Travel across CTAC South/East is required; full training will be provided.

Salary is Band 5 (£34,544 - £43,039) for full-time hours, and a fixed-term contract of 12 months is offered. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with ability to deliver high quality, person-centred care.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience is preferable, but full training will be given.
• Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are essential for travel between sites.
