Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Community Health Nurse to join our Isle of Wight team on a fixed-term 12-month basis. You will work with children from pre-birth to 5 years and their families, delivering the Healthy Child Programme in collaboration with health visitors.

The role focuses on screening, immunisation, health and development reviews, and providing advice on health, wellbeing and parenting within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and innovative practitioner to join our Isle of Wight Team as a Community Health Nurse. This is a fixed term 12 month position.
