Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (HIOW) is seeking a Registered Nurse with SCPHN – School Nurse to promote health and wellbeing for children aged 5–16 and support families in a range of settings, including schools and family hubs. You will lead on The Healthy Child Programme (5-19), conduct health reviews and screenings, and provide tailored guidance to families.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and innovative practitioner to support the School Nursing Service in Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (HIOW). You must be a Registered Nurse with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) - School Nurse qualification. You will be working with us to promote health and wellbeing for children & young people aged 5-16 years and their families in a range of settings, leading on the delivery of The Healthy Child Programme (5-19). The successful candidates will be offering health and development reviews, screening tests, health promotion guidance and tailored support for children and families. We deliver the service across community locations such as Schools, family homes and Family Hubs in Southampton. Ability to drive and travel for work across the city is essential.
