Qualifications

• Experience in harm reduction approaches and working with people who use substances.
• Understanding of blood borne viruses and related health promotion.

Responsabilités

• Undertake initial physical and mental health screening in community settings.
• Carry out phlebotomy and related sample handling.
• Assist in opioid substitution treatment and detoxification pathways.
• Provide BBV vaccination where indicated under PSD.
• Deliver health education and harm reduction advice to service users.
• Support correct naloxone distribution and training.
• Maintain infection control standards and clinic environment.
• Record data to meet contractual and administrative requirements.
